Boox Kid / Limelight 2026:
Pilbara Aboriginal artist Boox Kid has been selected for Limelight 2026 and will perform at Telethon next year, using the prize support to complete his second EP in Nunga language.

The Shire of Carnarvon has endorsed a restoration design for the historic tramway bridge, prioritising structural repairs with accessibility upgrades to be considered if further funding is secured.

Kojonup Wind Farm:
A $750 million wind farm with 33 turbines has been approved near Jingalup in WA’s Great Southern region despite opposition from some local farmers and the Shire of Kojonup.
