Thirty Aboriginal-led projects across Western Australia will share more than $1.25 million to protect significant cultural sites.
The funding will support rock art conservation, burial-ground protection and the preservation of cultural knowledge.
More than $451,000 will go to the Kimberley, while Pilbara projects will receive about $416,000.
